Refund policy

We do not issue refunds. We are a print-on-demand operation, you order it then we make it. Be sure to purchase desired graphics that are also intended for your year/make/model vehicle so that incorrect items are not purchased, as these are not acceptable reasons for a return!
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as all sales are final. Our graphic kits are produced to order, we don’t stock inventory. We CANNOT accept returns in cases where the incorrect kit was ordered, the client changed his mind or any other reason that don’t fall under our responsibility. Due to the complexity of designing all our graphics in the 2D world and then transferring them to a 3D object, there may be areas that don’t line up exactly in your produced graphic print. However, we have made every effort possible to make sure your graphics flow as accurately as possible, and that no critical portions of your design or sponsors are impacted. 

Due to print pigment limitations, the discoloration of aging plastics and other variables, printed colors of decals may slightly vary from the color of your vehicle. Also wraps do not cover 100% of your plastics so try to keep the color of your sled in mind when selecting a wrap design. Also, keep in mind each layout is shown on a render model and is not the exact chassis you might select so the design might slightly differ.

Please note that computer monitors, phone screens, tablet displays etc. can vary from device to device. Monitors and Screens also typically display color in RGB format which is different than how our wraps are printed. We do not guarantee that printed graphics will match the online depiction of color. For specific color matching, please contact us directly or leave detailed notes in the checkout when ordering online. All sales are final.

Please note that all wraps are printed to order and are non-returnable. If color accuracy is important, we highly recommend ordering swatches in advance to ensure you're happy with the selection. If you're attempting to match an existing item, we’d need that sample sent to us prior to printing. Custom color matching is available for an additional fee of $50.
